Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and growth of social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Support the content creation team with research, drafting, and scheduling posts.
- Monitor and analyze basic website traffic and engagement metrics.
- Communicate with clients and team members via email and phone.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong passion for digital media and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
