Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of complex datasets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Generate accurate monthly reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Maintain strict data accuracy and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive organizational information.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from raw data.
- Support the data governance team in updating system protocols and documenting data structures.
- Perform basic SQL queries and data validation checks to ensure data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and a basic understanding of SQL.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to explain complex data simply.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
