What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure it is accurate and formatted for analysis.
- Develop Reports: Create clear, concise dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Excel to visualize key performance indicators.
- Support Senior Analysts: Collaborate with the analytics team to execute complex data projects and research initiatives.
- Identify Trends: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate Insights: Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand and actionable.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
