Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Assist senior analysts in creating detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Maintain and clean existing databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform routine data audits and validate results to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Prepare presentations for management summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is a must.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
