Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance while maintaining 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and technology research
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development with Java
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD pipeline expertise (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect preferred)
