Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to help solve business problems.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in datasets to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Enthusiastic learner with a willingness to gain new technical skills.
