Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and A/B testing to support marketing and product teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from management in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
