We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Representative to bridge the gap between our clients and our products.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process to ensure immediate value and satisfaction.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries and support needs.
- Health Monitoring: Track client usage and satisfaction metrics to identify at-risk accounts.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Communication: Conduct regular check-ins and calls to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and relay insights to the product and sales teams.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and navigating web browsers.
