Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Reporting: Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Contribute to optimizing current workflows and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic understanding of SQL or databases is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
