Responsibilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional software development projects using Agile methodologies
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues under senior engineer guidance
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base creation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Complete online training modules and skill development workshops
- Shadow departmental rotations across Engineering, Product, and QA teams
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States for 12 months
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote settings
- Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)
- Completion of relevant online courses or certifications a plus
