Responsibilities
- Assist in daily business operations: Support the administrative and operational functions of the department to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Shadow senior staff: Observe and learn industry best practices by shadowing experienced professionals during meetings and project executions.
- Project coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of internal projects and client deliverables under supervision.
- Market research & Analysis: Conduct research to support business strategies, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals and updates.
- Professional development: Attend scheduled training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or proof of professional experience (minimum 2 years) in a related field.
- English Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level English proficiency (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with team members.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for a J1 Trainee Visa and not have participated in a previous J1 Trainee program.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and a strong desire to learn.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of full-time training.
