Responsibilities
- Professional Training: Participate in structured training programs and shadow senior employees to learn industry best practices.
- Operational Support: Assist the team with daily tasks, projects, and administrative duties specific to your field of study.

Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for a J1 Trainee visa (18-30 years old, not a close family member of a U.S. citizen/worker).
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university, or have recently graduated with a degree in a relevant field.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively with American colleagues and clients.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated professional attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and provide a clean criminal record.
- Documents: Ability to provide valid passport, transcripts, and degree certificates.
