Responsibilities
- Collaborate on enterprise-level software development projects using Python, Java, and cloud platforms
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Tableau, and machine learning frameworks
- Shadow senior engineers on system architecture and cybersecurity implementations
- Present technical findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Complete 3 specialized certification tracks during the program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Intermediate proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- J1 Visa eligibility through designated sponsor organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Experience with version control (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Availability for 12-month full-time commitment
