Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Team Members: Participate in daily operations and support ongoing projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate schedules, prepare meeting materials, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Creative Brainstorming: Contribute fresh ideas to team discussions and assist in the development of innovative solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients or partners (if applicable) to gather requirements and provide basic support.
Qualifications
- J1 Visa Eligibility: Must be currently eligible for or in possession of a valid J1 Trainee visa.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated with a degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Finance, etc.).
- English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office Suite) and relevant technical tools for the role.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours as required by project needs.
