Responsibilities
- Assist department heads with daily operational tasks and special projects.
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports for the team.
- Shadow senior employees to understand industry best practices and workflows.
- Participate actively in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and organize administrative files efficiently.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to foster cross-cultural understanding.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for a J1 Trainee Visa (must hold a valid passport).
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Passion for business, finance, or marketing.
