Responsibilities
- Assist department heads with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports on industry trends.
- Support the implementation of new marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and manage office documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa eligibility (or currently in the process of applying).
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program, or a recent graduate (within 12 months).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
