Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Developers: Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and debug software applications using modern technologies.
- Project Support: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Technical Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for code, processes, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups and cross-functional meetings to align on project goals and solve technical challenges.
- User Testing: Assist in quality assurance processes by testing software features and reporting bugs or usability issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for and hold a valid J1 Visa (Trainee category).
- Language Skills: Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and web development fundamentals.
- Professional Attitude: Demonstrated eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive work ethic.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the program.
