Responsibilities
- Assist the IT infrastructure team with daily technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Participate in software development and testing projects under the guidance of senior developers.
- Monitor network performance and report system anomalies to the system administrator.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new digital solutions and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain and update internal databases, inventory systems, and asset tracking logs.
- Support the deployment of cloud-based applications and internal tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for the J1 Trainee Exchange Visitor Program (must have a degree or be currently enrolled in a degree-granting program).
- Demonstrated proficiency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) or programming languages is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Valid passport and J1 visa sponsorship documentation ready for processing.
