Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of hotel front desk, guest relations, or event coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service to international and domestic guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Support the marketing and promotions team with social media content creation and local event coordination.
- Learn and implement industry best practices in operations management and staff training.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in weekly trainings and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant academic study in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or Marketing.
- Valid J1 Visa eligibility (or the ability to obtain one through our partner agency).
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
- Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
