Responsibilities
- Assist with daily hotel operations including front desk and concierge services
- Participate in guest satisfaction initiatives and complaint resolution
- Support event planning and execution for conferences and weddings
- Complete rotational training across departments (housekeeping, F&B, sales)
- Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Document operational processes and contribute to improvement projects
Qualifications
- Valid J1 visa status with legal authorization to work in the US
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality/tourism degree program
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
