Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front desk operations and guest check-in/out procedures
- Participate in housekeeping and facilities management rotationsSupport event coordination and banquet services for 500+ capacity venues
- Learn revenue management systems and inventory control processes
- Shadow senior managers in departmental operations
- Contribute to international guest satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared equipment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in hospitality/tourism degree program or recent graduate
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Valid passport and J1 Visa eligibility
- No prior U.S. work experience required
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods
