Responsibilities
- Execute front-of-house operations including guest check-in/out, concierge services, and VIP handling
- Assist in event coordination and venue management for conferences and entertainment shows
- Participate in cross-departmental rotations (food & beverage, guest relations, revenue management)
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives with personalized service excellence
- Complete structured training modules in hospitality management systems
- Develop and implement cultural exchange activities for fellow trainees
- Document operational insights and present improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Current J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Recent graduate or current student in Hospitality/Tourism/Management
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for 12-month commitment (40 hours/week)
- Valid passport and return ticket to home country
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
