Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in resort dining venues and public areas
- Assist with housekeeping operations including room preparation and deep cleaning
- Support event setup and break-down for conventions and weddings
- Maintain cleanliness standards in high-traffic guest areas
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Complete all required H2B program documentation and training
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship required (no exceptions)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation
- Availability for 4-6 month seasonal commitment
