Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front desk operations and guest services
- Participate in housekeeping and facility maintenance rotations
- Shadow department heads in food & beverage management
- Learn revenue management systems and booking platforms
- Contribute to event planning and execution
- Maintain inventory for provided equipment
- Attend weekly training sessions and cultural workshops
Qualifications
- Current J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility
- Fluency in English (written/spoken)
- Recent hospitality/tourism degree or 1+ years experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS systems)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid passport and return ticket
