Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Shadow senior staff in guest service and complaint resolution
- Participate in hotel revenue management and marketing strategy meetings
- Coordinate and support special events and VIP guest experiences
- Maintain operational standards across housekeeping and food & beverage departments
- Complete weekly training modules and skill assessments
- Contribute to cross-departmental efficiency improvement projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality/tourism degree program OR graduated within 12 months
- Intermediate English proficiency (TOEFL 550+/IELTS 6.0+)
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (non-immigrant status)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Must obtain J1 Visa sponsorship through designated sponsor organization
