Responsibilities
- Shadow senior managers in front desk, concierge, and guest relations operations
- Assist in planning and executing VIP events and guest experiences
- Participate in revenue management and occupancy strategy meetings
- Train on Marriott/Star property management systems
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Develop cultural exchange initiatives for international staff
- Complete weekly training modules and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism or related field
- Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent)
- 6+ months hospitality experience or relevant internship
- Strong customer service orientation
- Valid J1 Visa eligibility (preference to candidates with DS-2019 sponsorship)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- US-based interview required
