Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in hotel front desk operations
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts and reservation systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Assist with event setup and guest functions
- Complete daily reporting and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship required for 2026 season
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Must pass background check and drug screening
