Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently run standard manufacturing and technical equipment under supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict industry standards and specifications.
- Assembly & Maintenance: Assist senior technicians with assembly lines and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Process Improvement: Observe and document workflow processes to suggest improvements to the team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production data and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for the J1 Trainee Exchange Visitor Program.
- English Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to speak, read, and write in English (minimum B1/B2 level).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technical concepts and machinery operation.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 12 months of training.
