Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the operation and maintenance of heavy industrial machinery.
- Perform routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Document daily maintenance logs and operational data accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency.
- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Manage inventory of provided equipment and report shortages.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a technical, engineering, or mechanical program.
- Eligible to obtain a valid J1 Trainee Visa (no prior US work experience required).
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication skills).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Willingness to obtain a work permit and background clearance.
