Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and project managers in the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in daily team meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document technical processes, create user guides, and maintain accurate project logs.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and provide recommendations to the technical team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
- Attend weekly training sessions and professional development workshops organized by the company.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must be eligible for the J1 Visa Trainee program (non-Canadian/non-Mexican nationals).
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
