Responsibilities
- Complete 6-week intensive training program covering AWS, Azure, and network fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1 IT support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in agile sprint cycles and code reviews
- Obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Security+) during training
Qualifications
- Valid work authorization requiring visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, etc.)
- STEM degree or equivalent technical experience (transcripts accepted)
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal/written communication
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
