Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure and security systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and cloud solutions
- Develop automation scripts for system monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for internal teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Proficiency with Cisco networking, VMware, and AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Active security clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
