Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees
- Deploy and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Automate IT workflows using PowerShell/Python scripts
- Document system configurations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years administering Windows Server 2016+ and Linux environments
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Eligible for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
