Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and maintain the company's server infrastructure and network systems.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols, firewalls, and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to facilitate the visa sponsorship and relocation process for new hires.
- Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring all provided equipment is tracked and maintained.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
- Train staff on new software and hardware systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT systems administration or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and work visas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
