Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ employees
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS infrastructure
- Monitor network security systems and respond to incidents
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Maintain inventory of hardware/software assets
- Conduct quarterly system health audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate to Memphis, TN
