Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems across client sites
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for network infrastructure issues
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments
- Mentor junior technicians during training rotations
- Implement disaster recovery protocols and data backup procedures
- Participate in cross-departmental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Milwaukee area
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Pass background check and drug screening
