Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ employees across 3 locations
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 workstations and cloud applications
- Monitor and resolve network security incidents using SIEM tools
- Create documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with global team members on system upgrades
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Participate in rotational shadowing with senior engineers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn technical skills
- Proficient written and spoken English (B2+ level)
- Valid work authorization or sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Availability for weekday training (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Comfort with rotational on-call duties after training
