Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise IT systems including Windows Servers and cloud infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for network security incidents and system vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Azure/AWS cloud migration projects
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance with SOX/GDPR standards
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Train end-users on new software implementations and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure support with Windows Server administration
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and network troubleshooting
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Henderson
