Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems
- Resolve Tier 2-3 technical issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Implement network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid IT environments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in IT support, system administration, or DevOps
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
