In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and troubleshoot tickets in our Service Desk Management system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Conduct user training on new software applications and security protocols.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to company IT policies and data security standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work occasional weekends or after-hours as needed for critical system maintenance.
