Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity protocols
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system updates in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend-specific maintenance windows
- Train weekend staff on IT best practices and emergency response procedures
- Conduct proactive system audits and security vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional equipment transport
