Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, printers, and peripherals during weekend operations.
- Monitor server status and ensure data integrity for all systems.
- Assist employees with password resets, account access, and software installations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Perform routine system backups and security patching.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday (e.g., Thursday/Friday) as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
