Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue and Apache Spark
- Develop real-time data streaming solutions with Kafka and Flink
- Create and maintain data models for healthcare analytics platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights
- Optimize data warehouse performance using Snowflake and Redshift

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Experience with healthcare data compliance (HIPAA, HL7)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
