Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Deploy and maintain Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Install/configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and monitor security protocols
- Create/update technical documentation and SOPs for troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system outages
- Participate in 12-week paid training covering CompTIA Network+ and security fundamentals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT/CIS preferred
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, or other applicable categories)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
