Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across enterprise networks
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees via ticketing systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor threat detection systems
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and backup solutions
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Mentor junior technicians during advanced training phases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
