Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 150+ employees via phone, chat, and in-person
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows/macOS hardware and software systems
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and network permissions
- Document IT procedures and maintain service desk ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Conduct quarterly cybersecurity awareness training for staff
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives and innovation labs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (no college degree required)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Customer service experience or strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Willingness to commit to 8-week paid training program (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment skills assessment
