Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues
- Document IT procedures and create user documentation
- Assist with system upgrades and security patching
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure projects
