Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and incident responses
- Create technical documentation and SOPs
- Train non-technical staff on digital tools
- Optimize network performance and security
- Collaborate with development teams on system integrations
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell)
- Customer service excellence mindset
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site work
- Pass background check and drug screening
