Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access in Active Directory.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and hardware maintenance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve workflow processes.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Information Technology is preferred.
- Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ is a strong plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems under pressure.
