Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ServiceNow and JIRA systems.
- Onboard new employees by setting up workstations, email accounts, and security access.
- Perform regular maintenance on local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot network outages.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT hardware and peripherals.
- Document all technical procedures and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (VPN, TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
